About 2000 B.C. wine was born in Europe. Today's class "Tourism English" teacher Lin brought three different wines including sparkling wine, red wine and white wine. Although she also brought the corkscrew, just few classmates could open the bottles of wines. And then all of us got three different "cups" of different wines. First, I tasted the red wine which was a little bitter and astringent. And then I tasted the white wine which smell was not very good. In fact, I think white wine is similar to red wine, and both of them were tasted horrible. While I tasted the last one "sparkling wine" which also called "champagne" with some bubbles and it is no doubt that sparkling wine is my favorite wine.

Information station: today I learned some information about wines. Red wine is made from red and black grapes, this seems including complex ingredients. How about white wine? White wine is made from grape's juice without any complex substance. Both of them have to add with yeast which will changes sugar into alcohol. ~


Well~that's time to guess: Which wine stands for Taiwan and what is its major ingredient? Ha ha

Recently, the news of toxic chemical melamine becoming worse; that is to say, there is becoming more and more limitation to eat. And during these days, tests showed small amounts of melamine, ranging from 0.06 to 0.854 parts per million. Well, it is not easy to control how does it will being changed. As a matter of fact, it is difficult to test out the acceptable levels of melamine; therefore, we should avoid to eat or drink chocolate and milk which especially made in China. For example, in this report, "the four powders sold under the Klim brand and two from Nestle itself were made in the Chinese province of Heilongjiang by Shuangcheng Nestle." But how to avoid to eat the Chinese products basically? Some people would say that we could watch the bar code of the products.

In fact, its first number 471 is not stand for it was made in Taiwan just because some other Taiwanese businessmen who make products in China but sell it in Taiwan. The best way is to look carefully on the place of origin of production. To sum up, how to prevent yourself from dangerous is open your big eyes and watch out.

Creative Ad~ what's his next action?

My friend sent me the web site from one's blog including something new and interesting ad. At first, I just scan the title- the ad of chewing gum in India and then i was attracted by this novel article. Therefore, I click this film" Creative AD" to watch how it does so different. In the beginning of the film, I only see one man running very fast to his destination, a palace. Well.... what's his next action? I guess and doubt whether I was being cheated or not.^~^

"Chasing Car" catch yourself

Today I heard the fascinating/romantic but melancholy/sorrow song "Chasing Car" in the Radio program. To my surprise when I listening it and I found that I have heard it before. Therefore, I surfing the Internet to search for the Music Video on the You Tube. Well... I think You Tube is very useful at this time. The first MV's plot Chasing Car which I found was combined with the famous drama "Grey's Anatomy." It seems cool and touch my heart. Chasing Car is not really mean some body pursue the car but seek for the freedom and love. And the second one
Chasing Car II showed few draft and some lyrics were replaced with simple numbers. Above all, my favorite lyrics is
"If I lay here. If I just lay here. Would you lie with me and just forget the world? "
As these few lyrics seem a hopeless person seek for caring and sharing his feeling. Time goes by; therefore, we should catch the chance and accomplish our great dream. Following are the interesting examples:

Assignment on September 30

In my opinion, I agree at a humanities education is the most valuable education because you can get new ideas, thoughts and different methods toward how to live a worthwhile lives. Even though it can't bring you much money but wealthy life. In fact, our mind was usually suffered from illness ,uncomfortable or sensitive feeling ;therefore, we could learning more different subjects from philosophy issue.

I believe that most people still enjoy seeking for lives' importances and pursue the worthwhile human values; therefore, how to keep the balance of inner mind and actual world, this is an important issue in our life. But we can by studying literature, history and philosophy to elevate the inner mind.

In reality, we also can learn the literature, history and philosophy to cultivate our mind and to consider more. For example, when we reading the literature or watching movies, we can guess the meanings of actor and actress' actions. This seems much interesting. That is to say, if we have good attitude toward our lives and better conception, we will have a colorful and wonderful life. Well, let us go into the fancy world.

It's just an interesting experience during this summer vacation. I remember that day was a hot day, I went to Taipei as usual and every thing was the same. Well... in the street, there were so many people distribute the leaflets under the burning sun. I got many of leaflets and quickly to find out there was a pieces of them seem different.

While I scraping it and surprising that I am so lucky to get the ticket to get the free steak from bullfight. Finally, I took this precious ticket to exchange for free steak. That was my first time to eat the free lunch. Over all, the steak, salad and the atmosphere were so wonderful ~ ha ha~ just like a dream.

Singapore "news"

I heard some interesting "news" from my friend who comes from Singapore. She told me that English is very important and useful language in the world; therefore, even fishmonger can speak it fluently in Singapore market. One day, while she passing by the vendor and then she heard the fishmonger was very angry at the customer's deeds and warning the customer: "don't play play with my fish, quick buy buy and quick go." Well....it sounds like Chinese English, but few customers could deny they understanding it. Just a joke~

How horrible Typhoon Jangmi

How horrible Typhoon in this few weeks! And these typhoon often coming on weekends. But Typhoon Jangmi was the strongest in this year and caused many disaster. I just stayed dormitory for two days while typhoon coming but some hours there was no electricity and many stores were closed. Then i went to the Seven-Eleven and found that there was just little bread on the shelf. Well... finally i bought the chocolate and instant noodles for my hungry stomach. While i went back to dormitory i saw the branch of trees was falling down in front of me and few motorcycle were topple down. Once for while, the world without light but heavy rain and strong wind and hard to stand. That day seem like a horrible dream.
