In reality, Japanese is notorious for its fishing craft hunt not noly kill thousands of whales but other species of fish. Maybe it's difficult to forbid them from their hunting behavior but at least the enviromentalists go ahead to find the way to prevent Janpanese from number of hunting fish. Even though this guard way seems a little effortless, the patience manner is much better than animal hunting.
How to protect these few species of fish food? I think Janpanese goverment should post the specific laws for fish hunting and by this rule to limit fish men to reduce of fish hunting numbers. Therefore, to control the hunting numbers and furthermore to save more lifes.
